About the Forgotten World

The Forgotten World has gone by “The Unseen World,” “Faerie,” and “The Wizarding World,” though it should be noted that Katie Hatch is not claiming that Hogwarts, Diagon Alley, etc are real. While TFW is not neccessarily a location, certain very old or very powerful places are permeated with it. These places attract a high concentration of peoples and creatures which could be termed supernatural or fantastical. These beings make up the Forgotten World. If you read fantasy novels as diligently as Katie Hatch does the you probably know of a lot of these creatures and humanois species. Myths and Legends usually have a basis in fact.
