About Katie

Katie Hatch is a college student in her early twenties, who after meeting a creepy Rusalka on vacation can see and communicate with fantastical peoples and creatures. She is a Thinker, which means that her thought patterns work differently than most people’s, and that she is of great use to The Forgotten World. Exactly why she is so important is a mystery. Some of her forgotten friends advised her to write under a pseudonym and not disclose her location, for her own protection. Katie is an avid reader of fantasy, historical fiction, and Epic Poetry. She also enjoys Wizard Rock and Action Sports (as a spectator).
